It is much better than my memory of my initial reaction to it. I think “The American” is a bit heavy handed, but oh well. My favorite bit is the prepper episode.
Bring on season three!

I rewatched both seasons a few times - pretty good stuff with the exception of American and dying guests. I’m trying to convince my wife to let me buy a 4K tv so I can stream season 3 in all those glorious pixels in January.

The eco-car episode, and specifically all the destruction James May did to the countryside to make his “eco-friendly” bricks, was a fantastic bit of satire.

Yeah, that was great as well. The bricks falling onto May was hilarious
